Led Via Trading's company-wide replatforming — retiring legacy enterprise systems (AEM / QAD) for a custom-built ERP and e-commerce stack. Took direct control of a 12-developer team across both platforms and launched with near-zero disruption — the kind of migration that fails 80%+ of the time. Preserved 18 years of legacy data (since 2008), integrated 100+ internal custom tools, and made the storefront 8–10× faster. The ERP now runs 140,000+ products, 390,000+ orders and an 850,000+ customer base for 50+ staff.
